All floral items are able to be returned and refunded only if they are damaged in any way, otherwise a customer credit will be applied to your account if you have changed your mind. This credit can be used for alternative items or for a future order. This applies to any floral product purchased due to the nature of the product being customised and made by hand. You must notify us within 48 hours if there are any problems with your order and a return and customer credit will only be applied if we deem the items unused and in their original packaging.
