We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return should your item be damaged. For floral arrangements of any nature, these are considered bespoke at all times and therefore refunds will only be accepted if there is any damage to the item, otherwise you will be issued with a customer credit which is placed onto your account.
Pre - Ordered items are placed on the premise of an ETA, and a full understanding that delays can and do happen within the shipping industry, whether localised or national. Mailshots are sent with updates should this happen. These items are non refundable, unless damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your refund / return request may be denied if you have cancelled or returned an item due to any sales offer on a future date for the same product and value.

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned and inspected, you receive a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), as well as all our floral ranges. All floral ranges are made to order for that specific client and once in production cannot be cancelled / refunded. We pay our manufacturers in advance. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too and that return delivery will be deducted from the total cost.
